A few days ago I had a really fun group out on the lake! Carlos and his wife booked a trip after having gone fishing elsewhere recently and catching the bug! We set out at 7:00AM and made a run up river.
We started off targeting bluff walls and rock shelves that have been holding BIG bass! and as you can tell from the photos it didn't disappoint. haha We got a kick out of catching this fish, it barely was big enough to fit the bait in its mouth!
I didn't get any other pictures since we stayed busy! We ended the trip with a bunch of nice Largemouth and a mess of Bluegill! Lake Travis also holds some massive Bluegill, and my clients wanted some to be able to cook for dinner.
