If you saw my last post you know I busted my engine again and blew the powerhead! I guess you could say I'm a little tough on motors haha that's my second engine in three years.
Thanks to the guys out at Parker Marine I'll be back in business tomorrow Dec 17th. Yamaha was super quick in processing the warranty and had a new engine blocked shipped within a day. It arrived in Marble Falls on Friday and the mechanic had it back on the engine that day. I can't say enough about their customer service and constant updates. Monday he should have it wrapped up and ready for me to break in that afternoon.
Depending on what time I get it back I'm going to try and make it out to Lake LBJ or Lake Travis, not sure which yet. But if I get time to fish I will post up a report. I have Wednesday and Thursday open this week if you would like to get out there before everyone shuts down for Christmas to spend time with their families.
Like the title said, I'm back in business with my boat ready to go! I took the time to spool up fresh line on a bunch of combos, clean some reels, and get all my tackle ready to go. If you are looking for a fishing guide in Austin give me a shout!
