The fishing has been pretty good lately on Lake Travis. Surprisingly a lot of the pins in this week's report are up shallow. No doubt it's hot out, but with all the flooded brush in the lake the is a great population of bass living up shallow, especially in the mornings. My recommendation is to get up early and have your boat in the water a little before sunrise... early bird gets the bass!
