Today was an awesome trip! We started out chasing schooling fish main lake. They’ve been getting a lot of pressure with the weekend traffic, so they we a little more finicky than normal. We still put several in the boat, but ended up moving on and switching patterns. It was a client’s birthday, and boy did he get a birthday present! He ended up catching a triple on the Alabama rig, and ended up catching his new personal best largemouth! He caught a 7.2 bass that put up one heck of a fight.
Fish has been great lately, and the evening bite has also been phenomenal. I’ve got openings this next week!
